Cedar Silicone specializes in silicone beads, focal beads, crafting supplies, beadable items, premade accessories, and related products.
All silicone beads sold by Cedar Silicone are intended for crafting purposes unless otherwise specifically stated.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring finished products are safely assembled and regularly inspected for wear and tear.
Adult supervision is required at all times when products are used around children.
Certain products may contain small parts and may present a choking hazard.
Some products sold by Cedar Silicone are not intended for teething or baby use, including but not limited to select printed beads, acrylic beads, rhinestone products, spacer beads, tassels, charms, and decorative accessories unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing.
Customers assume full responsibility for the proper and safe use of all purchased products.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & AVAILABILITY
We strive to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on screen settings and device displays.
Due to the handmade and specialty nature of some products:

• Bead shades may differ slightly between batches

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, Cedar Silicone does not accept returns or exchanges.
We carefully inspect products prior to shipping; however, if you receive an item with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Examples may include:
• Visible damage to a silicone focal bead
• Significant discoloration
• Product defects affecting usability
Photos may be required for review.
If deemed defective by Cedar Silicone, a replacement may be offered at our discretion based on product availability.
Minor imperfections, slight color variations, or damage caused after delivery do not qualify for replacement.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Cedar Silicone currently ships within Canada only unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Cedar Silicone is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delayed shipments
• Packages damaged by shipping carriers
• Weather-related damage after delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues, claims, or insurance requests.
All orders leave our location in carefully packed condition.
