We ship Canada-wide using Canada Post Express Tracked Shipping for a flat rate of $15 CAD.

📦 Typical delivery times are approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and how quickly the postal gremlins are moving that week.

⚠️ At this time, we are only shipping within Canada.

We’re keeping a close eye on the ever-changing tariff chaos circus 🎪 and will reopen shipping to additional locations once things calm down a little.

Now for the grown-up fine print with a little sparkle ✨

Once your order leaves Cedar Silicone HQ and tracking has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. This means Cedar Silicone is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages / porch pirates 🏴☠️

• Misdelivered packages

• Weather-damaged deliveries ☔

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Packages that disappear into the mysterious void of the postal universe 🌌

If any shipping issues arise after delivery or transit begins, customers will need to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding claims, insurance, tracking updates, or replacements.

💖 Every order is packed with care and leaves our shop in excellent condition. We do our absolute best to package your beady goodness safely for its journey, but once it leaves our hands, we cannot control how carriers handle packages during transit.

Because of this, Cedar Silicone cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused during shipping.
