Returns & Product Quality Policy

At Cedar Silicone, the safety and quality of our products is always our top priority ✨

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased through our website.

That being said, we absolutely want you to love your order. While we carefully inspect products during packing, occasionally a minor issue may sneak past us like a rogue bead in a glitter avalanche 🌪️

If you receive an item with a visible defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Examples may include:

• Visible damage to a silicone focal bead
• Significant discoloration or printing defects
• Product flaws that affect usability

Photos of the issue may be requested for review.

If the issue is determined to be defective, Cedar Silicone will offer a suitable replacement at our discretion. Replacement items may vary slightly depending on current stock availability.

Please note:
• Minor color variations between screen displays and actual products are normal
• Small imperfections that do not affect use may not qualify for replacement
• We are unable to replace items damaged through misuse, wear, or improper handling after delivery
